I went to have a tooth extraction done in preparation for an implant. The offices were extremely clean and it was a comfortable environment to be in. The doctor who performed my tooth extraction was incredibly efficient, the entire extraction process took less than 15 minutes from start to finish, but he was still detailed in explaining to me the entire process. I stayed in the office after the extraction was done to wait for someone and he even came periodically to check on my tooth which was greatly appreciated.
The reception staff were also very kind. They sent out reminders of my appointment and were very flexible in scheduling the appointment to meet my own scheduling needs. After the appointment, they also understood that I wouldn’t be able to get home right away after the extraction and so provided me with some Tylenol to alleviate the pain from my tooth extraction once the numbing wore off. They provided a clear explanation about the remainder of the process to get my dental implant and were able to quickly book me in for my next appointment.
