Doctor Chan is very friendly. My wife and son have been going to him for years. I went to him because my work moved and he’s conveniently close to home.
He does a lot of the work himself. He did my cleaning as well as two fillings.
He takes the time to explain x-rays as well as any other questions. For work that he doesn’t do, he will refer to others.
I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anybody in Richmond Hill.

Good dentist meaning good work, spends the right amount of time to fix any issues or concerns. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. I arrive on time and rarely have to wait longer than 20 minutes. Most times, I walk in right to my appointment. Would recommend. Can watch TV during my appointment and allows me to relax. Dr. Chan is also great with kids, very patient.
Dr. Chan is super professional and friendly. In fact he is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I am just happy that I found this clinic and came here. The location is not in a busy area, so it means you can usually get an appointment much sooner, which is great too. I would recommend it to all my family and friends.
