I haven’t even had a chance to visit the clinic thanks to their incompetent receptionist. I called them to make an appointment and was put on hold 3 times!!!! Every time she was back online I would get asked the same question, my date of birth!! And finally, after spending almost 15 minutes on the phone and being 3 times on hold, the receptionist tells me she has to call me back in couple of minutes. Those “couple of minutes” ended up being 45 minutes, when I clearly was not able to pick up my phone. I call back the next day and although apologetic receptionist says that the spots are not available anymore (it was the day before). Finally, she books me for tonight 19:15, ce soir we both repeated. I thought great, and guess who calls me back to say that it’s not tonight but tomorrow!!! She confused the days?!!! This is unacceptable, if your receptionist is struggling to write down the correct information, maybe she needs training or maybe you need a new receptionist.

I have been treated at many different dentists and Dentaire Rachel is by far the best one! The receptionists are very polite and they always try to accommodate my work schedule when booking an appointment. Dr. Tran is a dentist who takes a lot of pride in his work and is very passionate about dentistry. He is very meticulous and careful when doing any procedure and I never feel like he is in a rush to finish. If I have any questions before or after the appointment, he will take the time to answer them and ensure that I am satisfied with the response. For more complicated or bigger treatments, Dr. Tran will make it a point to discuss the pros and cons of each option to ensure that we pick the right one for me. The clinic itself is extremely clean and Dr. Tran maintains a high standard for hygiene. Dr. Tran is an exceptionally competent and knowledgeable dentist and I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone!

Dr. Tran and his team are so welcoming and professional. They made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped foot in their office. I was greatly impressed with their chair side manner and detailed explanations of procedures. Using state of the art technology and top quality dental materials , Dr. Tran has the most gentil touch I have ever experienced in any dental office. Would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends.
