Such a wonderful group of professionals working here. Any dental work I have had done, or my other family members have had done, has been top notch. The staff are so friendly and thoughtful, they really are kind souls who know that a dentist office can be stressful and they certainly make me feel like I am a valued customer and not just a credit card. The dentists and hygienists who have worked on my are great, no complaints at all and at my age I have seen a lot of different ones and know good from bad! Not the typical office where they look for issues, but rather Aya staff only bring up issues that could become a problem, and then suggest options. Other dental offices have often said that I have to do this and I have to do that which will have me looking for another clinic because I know they are only interested in the cash not the customer! If I have had to wait for the dentist it is always because he is not rushing his previous clients out the door and chooses to do the best job he can. I have been in the chair longer than expected, and have truly appreciated my dentist/hygienist not rushing in order that I get the best care, and that to me is worth so much and is hard to find these days with dental clinics. So anytime I have to wait or I am delayed, I think of the great care I received because it took much longer than expected and know the person in the chair is going to be happy when they leave and will be coming back knowing that they matter.

I have been to this dental office several times and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I put myself on the back burner for a few years and neglected my dental health. I was nervous to come back after this long but again I was treated with nothing but kindness and was offered payment plan options for services that I was expecting to use up my savings for. The staff are all understanding, kind and respectful of everyone’s unique life situations. I will continue to make this my main dental provider and my child’s as well.

August 7, 2024. Had a late evening appointment today and had a great time. It was like a little party with the girls. Nadia and Islam are an absolute delight and make the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. I could have stayed longer just chatting with them as it was like visiting old friends. Dr. Rawa is a delight very personable and relaxed. Made sure you understood everything before leaving.
Looking forward to going back to the dentist
