I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Basmah Dental Clinic, Muwaileh, Sharjah, on June 18, 2024. Despite undertaking all the necessary X-rays at a different facility, as instructed by the dentist in charge, and being scheduled for a routine tooth extraction, the entire procedure took over three hours. This is unacceptable and far from what I expected.
The dentist struggled to complete the extraction, causing unnecessary discomfort and anxiety. The lack of efficiency and apparent lack of experience left me questioning the competence of the staff. I was in severe pain for more than three hours until I reached another clinic, where a surgery was performed to complete the extraction.
Additionally, the prolonged wait time and subsequent pain caused me significant inconvenience and distress. I expected a professional and timely service, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
I urge the management to address these issues to prevent other patients from experiencing such a substandard level of care and immense pain.
I had an excellent experience at Basmah Dental Clinic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right from the start. One of the standout aspects was the affordable cost of their services. I also appreciated their commitment to timely schedules. The doctors were highly experienced and provided top-notch care. I highly recommend Basmah Dental Clinic for anyone seeking quality dental care with a welcoming and cost-effective approach.
Had a horrible experience with Dr.Rasmeenah.. I had wisdom tooth extraction and she tried to remove the tooth instead of sending me to the surgeon as it was a complicated case.. she tried and then when the pain became unbearable she send me to the surgeon half way thru the process . I would advice you to visit basmah only for basic cavity filling or consultation. Do not go for a complicated case to dentists who do not have experience in that case.
