Our 3 kids, husband and myself were patients at this dental clinic for more than 5 yrs with Dr. Zukhy , she was EXCELLENT Excellent, until one day I took my oldest daughter to her check up and they just told me “oh Dr Zucky is gone, she move to USA couple MONTHS ago. Really? How come they didn’t informed us that? A letter or phone call?
I was very disappointed and so my daughter.
The new Dentist was okay., friendly and did her job fine .

What im going to complain is about how rude and disrespectful is the front desk secretary. She was so nice and friendly in the begging, but slowly she became rude and trying to charge for more than we had done all the time.

Last appointment the dentist told me to bring my daughter back when her tooth falls off so she can quick check her out ( not a full examination) and proceed with the treatment, fine I made an appointment and got told by the secretary as it was a quick checkup was free of charge.
When I brought ny daughter, in and out in 5 mins , Im not even joking, 5 mins and the secretary wanted to charge me $100 dollars!!
She is insane!
They have lost 5 patients! We Will never come back to this clinic.
Ps: and she sent me the invoice last week lmao . Unbelievable! Even the dentist assistant told her that day that my daughter didn’t got any examination.

This clinic use to be excellent when Dr Lee was here and driving it. I was a patient from 2005-2024. In recent years, it was just a waste of money. Very few hygienist do good job, some good ones left the clinic. Charges are to the roof: they fixed a broken wire retainer for my wife (one drop of glue) for $180 !! And recently, she replaced the entire wire at an orthodontics clinic for only $65 ! For these reasons, we decided to move somewhere else.
We just had our first few visits at Hazeldean Dental Group, so far we’re very satisfied, huge difference.

Now this stupid dental clinic has just become a business in a bad way. Their doctors leave at most in 3-4 months , They advise wrongly, Earlier have filled Cavities that are not required , and then just in one year or so , they want to refill it again stating it is correctional … Clearly they just are making money out of insurance without really thinking about the client / patient. Their two good doctors left , and they are just in business of making a fool of clients.. Better to Avoid.
