I recently moved from Windsor to Toronto so it was my first visit. I can not say enough great things about this dental office and staff. I called and got a live answer, was able to make an appointment right away. The receptionist was expectional. She was so kind and friendly. The dental hygenist that did my clean was also expectional, we chatted , she provided me with education about my teeth and was just so kind. From an adminstrative perspective they direct bill which is a bonus. Just so grateful to have found this dentist office. I would highly recommend them. They also have extended hours!
Me and my family are getting help from Caledonia Crosstown Dental Centre – York since the day we arrived in Canada in 2009. We are satisfied with the services and the professionalism of the staff. This was my first appointment at this dental office, after my previous dentist for 44 years retired and made arrangements to transfer my files to them. Office staff (Jane) was welcoming and the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth (Catherine) was professional and respectful. I will continue to visit this clinic for my dentistry needs.
