They discriminate! I am filing a complaint with ODQ 2.05. A dentist may not refuse to provide professional services to a patient for reasons related to the nature of the disease or handicap affecting that patient.
They won’t treat me because I have an illness where I cannot be subjected to Xrays. The person who answered the phone has horrible to me, made me feel like I was some kind of monster for having an illness. All I needed was to have a tooth extracted, but given my disease that won’t allow me to take an XRay they couldn’t be bothered to help.Morally an ethically this is the worst place ever. How I was treated just because I have an illness, is the same as them being racist. No one should ever be treated this way.
Of course they now claim “I might have the wrong place.” I have the right place! Obviously you don’t have my appointment YOU WOULDN’T GIVE ME ONE, You told me to go elsewhere because I have a chronic disease. They probably won’t treat the disabled either! You people should be ashamed.
Extremely satisfied with the high level of service from secretary , assistant dentist to the dentist- Dr Denise Lanouette put me at ease and provided clear explanation and gave me options to choose from. Staff were extremely polite. Will definitely recommend 10/10
Everyone is very friendly, understanding and always so courteous, which puts a much nervous person as myself at ease and make going to the dentist so much less stressful!!!
