I was given the option for a new way of teeth cleaning that was much more thorough and advanced from the way it has always been done. I said, “sure, let’s do this.” I was very surprised just how thorough it was. I told the hygienist Eferin how impressed I was that he really went the extra mile and he said that’s just the way it is with this technique. Because first he put this liquid on my teeth that shows exactly where the plaque build up is, then a baking soda solution is sprayed on all of the teeth, then he used the water spray for the plaque removal, then he did scaling for anything it missed, then floss and I was done. The whole process only took 40 mins. And my teeth, a bit yellow from all the coffee I drink, were quite white after. Now I don’t have to worry about buying those teeth whitener strips, which have gone way up in price since I last checked. Excellent service at Cliffside Dental!

Prices are a lot higher than other dentists. I was continually asked to come in for a “consultation” to discuss what I wanted done, only to have them do nothing and send me a bill for the consultation. One of the dentists is extremely rude, and she does nothing but make you feel bad the minute you sit in the chair. You should feel comfortable and welcome at a place where you’re receiving a service, and this is definitely not a place that makes you feel that. I was going to this dentist for approximately 3 years or so, and since the staff has changed, things are extremely different. If you want to get the run around and be hit with bills with hidden costs ( polishing is now a fee that isn’t covered by them btw) Then definitely go here.
Would highly never ever recommend.

As the administrative staff and caregivers have changed over the years, I have been provided incredible care and consideration through the most recent years by Vanessa, Joanne and Dr. J Hann.
