I deleted his phone number and decided to take the time to write here so you don’t have to experience the same frustration I did. He lies and doesn’t care if I’m not satisfied. He and his staff tried to make me feel good about the poor service that they gave me. You do whatever you want but just analyse their actions, they will try to get all your money without giving you good service. And please ask the price before you have the service otherwise you will be surprised. Also, his staff give you a price at the beginning and then he increase the amount after he is done. So you feel that you have no other choice than pay.
The reception staff really are a big disappointment. I called and left a message about a crown that came off-no return call, so I walked down to the clinic. I found out that there was no availability. Now couldn’t the staff have called to me to say ‘We are checking our schedule’ rather than me having to show up in person? Why yes, yes they could. However, they just left me hanging. I won’t be back. Hopefully Dr. Cloutier will figure out that the clinic is only as good as the people at the front desk.
Had my teeth whitened yesterday and they look amazing. The people that work here are true professionals that really care about me as a patient! Thank you for staying late to whiten my teeth! You did an awesome job! Wish I could upload before and after pictures.
