I made an appointment at this clinic based on the existing reviews on google and its relative proximity to my residence. Over the years, I have developed a minor phobia of dental procedures and dentists, and am very cautious in my selection.
My previous dentist of 20 years retired about 5 years ago, and I had not been comfortable with making an alternative selection.
However, it was definitely time to deal with dental issues.
I moved to Montreal less than a year ago, and am primarily an English speaker so that did complicate the situation further.
When I phoned to make an appointment, the receptionist assured me that my irrational fear would not be an issue.

I have not slept well this week in anticipation of the appointment and somehow managed to flub the date. My actual appointment was tomorrow, and after momentary confusion as she attempted to find my appointment, the receptionist managed to make arrangements to accommodate my appointment today so I wouldn’t need to worry another day and have to come back tomorrow. She was very professional and so very nice.

The dental hygienist was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, and did absolutely everything she could to reduce my fear and make the appointment comfortable for me. AND I believe it was the absolute best cleaning and examination that I have ever had! She was gentle and careful and extremely thorough.

And then the dentist came in. She was very professional, and gentle, and patient as well. And everything was explained very clearly.

I so have several appointments worth of dental work to dread, but I believe I have made the best possible choice for the professionals who will be doing it. And I will provide updates.

I recommend this clinic without hesitation. They did everything possible to help alleviate my anxiety and provided excellent service.

I don’t recommend visiting this clinic,they hide additional fees and once you finish your treatment with them after you visit them several times , they suprise by bill overwhelmed by fees those you were not aware about them and they tell you your insurance is not covered 100% even it is 100%,bad quality of treatment+ 0 satisfaction by the end,1 star rating is too much for them

i just been 2 times and i have to say that everybody is a high class professional. Melanie who did my inspection was great and the dentist today did a wonderful job and i didn’t feel a thing. I wish everybody in Montreal could such a wonderful doctor and stuff like they have here. Thank you again for taking such a good care of me
