This is the worst place I have ever visited for dental appointment. The staffs are rude, they charged extra and sent me bills 3 months after I visited them even though I paid my bills before I left the place. The staffs mentioned Dr. Francois Dang told them to add those extra bills and they claimed that I received those services in my 2nd visit. But I only visited the place once, now they don’t believe me. They called me and ask for the extra money. When I refused to pay and asked for the proof of my 2nd visit, then they said it was a mistake from their side. But they never apologized for the mistake. The staffs were so rude over the phone. I will never visit this place again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Years ago I went here to get a cavity filled. It cost me 800 dollars. A year after, the filling fell out. The nurse kept asking me if the filling was good enough throughout the procedure, but the problem is, my whole mouth was numb so I couldn’t tell. Pretty sure it’s her job to know how much filling is supposed to be inserted in the tooth hole. She probably put too much because when I was able to feel again, there was a slight imbalance. Didn’t wanna go back because it’s too expensive and figured it would wear out enough anyway. They also laughed at me when I misunderstood an instruction during the procedure. Very humiliating and wasteful. Don’t go here.
