My wife went there for dental cleaning today. The receptionist had no idea what she is supposed to be doing. She did not inform her that 20 percent of the charges are to be paid upfront before getting any signature on her laptop and she also did not know about Saskatchewan bluecross insurance but said that we directly bill the insurance company. She kept my wife in dark by hiding relevant information about direct billing and asked for 20 percent payment upfront after the dental cleaning was done whereas the coverage was 100 percent. She fraudulently said that these are our office charges. I have never experienced such charges in the past anywhere in Canada. I would never recommend anyone to go there. She refused to talk to me when my wife asked passing her cellphone while talking to me make everything clear with me. Furthermore she did not even try to contact Saskatchewan blue cross to get my wife’s permission to confirm the coverage from the company.
In a nutshell A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I was getting the remaining lower teeth pulled for dentures. I was nervous going into it is a understatement. Terran and his assistant made me feel at ease and comfortable thru the whole process. One tooth was actually broken but it was removed with ease, so it seemed. Terran explained everything before hand and talked to my wife as well as to what to expect. We did call him that evening as we were, well I was concerned about some bleeding. He returned our call promptly and put our minds at ease. Very professional and friendly dental office. Highly recommend it to anyone needing any type of dental work.

Holy Dinah! What a wonderful experience. My 7 year old was worried about seeing the dentist for the first time (I know, way overdue!), as some of her school friends told her scary stories. She saw Dr Young today and all I can say is WOW! He was so amazing with her, she swore he was the best dentist ever She left after her first appointment thinking the dentist was super fun, and can’t wait to go back, for a kid terrified of doctors this was such a relief. The assistant and Dr Young were a god send. Thank you for your patience with her and making her feel great on her first visit. Highly recommend!
