This place has a near perfect rating for a reason! Today was my initial appointment, and my teeth didn’t just get a checkup but a full on inspection. I’ve never had a dentist be that thorough and be as determined as I am to save my teeth! Unfortunately I had bad news, however we discussed a treatment plan, and because I don’t tolerate fillings very well at all he made a plan to have me put to sleep so that they can all be done in one go! Super impressed! Now the hygienist who did my cleaning, Destiny, has got to be the smartest and most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had clean my teeth. It’s like she has a passion for her job, because she enjoyed it as much as I loved the final result! Destiny was so friendly too, and for somebody with dental anxiety I need that. She made me feel at ease, and her obvious knowledge and passion gave me so much confidence in her abilities. The reception staff were also amazing, they got all my previous records, and they also were able to get what was some emergency dental work covered by my insurance plan when it wouldn’t have been! It was because Regina advocated on my behalf to them, and she saved me atleast $500 today that I would’ve been struggling to pay out of pocket for had it not been for her! Also, the location is absolutely beautiful. The courtyard is a spot worthy of a photos shoot, and on the inside its just as nice! Comfy waiting area, tv’s above you in the dental chairs, and all of their equipment is either brand new and/or state of the art or was only a couple years ago! I am super impressed, I’ve never enjoyed sitting in a dentist chair especially for an hour and a half but I actually did today! I was watching TV and talking lol! Thanks courtyard dental, you guys deserve the high rating!!

Although I’ve been a patient at courtyard for 30 years, I always feel compelled to leave excellent reviews. This time I’m actually going to do it .
The entire staff always go over and above for their patients. They truly care. This time, I had an excruciating tooth ache. The dentist (Kira) did everything she could, to get me in asap to fix my tooth ache. She was so compassionate and caring. She did a wonderful job and a few days later…. I’m 100%.

I love this dentist. The building is beautiful and views are great, the staff is always friendly and professional. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and now have a good healthy relationship with the dentist unlike some who find it scary or stressful… I attribute that to such a great experience always! I have seen other dentists when I moved away for school and work, but being back in medicine hat for the last several years, I have enjoyed being back at Courtyard Dental!
