My last cleaning on Wed July 31, 2024 was painful. I honestly thought why is this cleaning more painful than any other cleanings that I’ve had. Especially front bottom tooth. Then felt with my tongue something that was off which ended being a chip!

I thought maybe from the cleaning some residue was left there, but later on that day I saw the chip.

I did call Dawson dental the next day to tell them of my issue and concern of aggressive cleaning, but was dismissed as them saying a cavity. No way is it a cavity it’s a piece of tooth missing!

I know any changes to the inside of mouth and my tongue never felt any chip right before the cleaning that’s for sure.

After over 20 years of trust at this place I can’t believe all trust is lost in the hygienists.

Few times I had to tell Naleem to stop as it hurt during the cleaning, she was honestly aggressive at the gum line.

I had sharp pain while she used the scaler electric tool and after my front bottom teeth hurt all of a sudden 1 chipped tooth.

I asked the hygienist Naleem why I felt something off on the front tooth and she said nothing was there could be the residue from cleaning. Unreal!

I know what my mouth feels like every single day. It was not there before the cleaning!

I now have to go the my dentist Dr. Walsh this Wed. He works there but all dentists there are great. Just hygienists change more than ever now.

Hopefully Dr. Walsh can save and fix my front bottom tooth chipped right at the gum line!

I should not have to pay to get their mistake fixed.

Unbelievable ! I am very upset! I would give 0 stars! I have been coming here for 20 yrs and ever since Dawson Dental took over the quality has declined each year. I’m at a loss right now. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else for a cleaning.

I have never had such a painful cleaning in my life and now a chipped tooth is the result from under qualified hygienists! F+ very upset

“I am beyond pleased with the excellent care I have recat Dawson Dental. I had 4 dental implants procedure done on March . I was amazed how the team are kind and gentle .Kudos to Samantha ( Treatment Coordinator ) for being very patient and prompt in answering and addressing my endless questions and concerns ( whether by email or phone).Hats off to Dr. Gregory Walsh for being very nice and putting me at ease while the procedure was being done ( it has taken years of dental fears away). Prior to the procedure, he had provided evaluation for me that help me make an informed decision .Dr. Walsh is honest and straight forward. He did not exaggerate what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dental surgeon with integrity. I am always very anxious about the procedure and he did a great job in making me feel comfortable and anxiety free! Thank you, Dr. Walsh for making it a relaxing, and painless procedure. As well, as allowing my husband to be in the room when the procedure was being done ( as I was really very anxious!) Thank you for accommodating my needs! highly recommend this dental office. I would rate this dental office 11 out of 10!!!!!!!!!

Had an amazing time at Dawson’s dental
I’ve been coming here, specifically at this location when it was a different name for 8+ years. I’ve had great experiences in the past but it felt like every other dental office.

The hygienist (Marianne?) and receptionist, I had for my appointment…. Were fantastic.

They were both FRIENDLY and engaging. Marianne (sorry if I got the name wrong) was attentive, professional but in a caring manner, knew which areas of my teeth that were sensitive, knew when to take breaks. Great conversationist and personality.

The person at the front (apologies if I don’t know your name) handled the transaction like a boss. In and out as soon and sent me on my way with a smile.

The best experience I have had in a long while.
