Reviews:
They never called us back as agreed. They impose services on patients because it is more lucrative for them. I wanted to take my two young daughters there for a check up,a cleaning too, and the receptionist told me that would include x rays. I replied I rather not to have them exposed to x rays without a good reason. She told.me she had to ask the dentist if she was fine seeing us, given we were not inclined to having x rays done (without a concrete, valid reason) The receptionist never called us back. So this placed is dead and buried for us.
(UPDATE) Now they responded they are understaffed. The secretary never mentioned this and assured me she would call me that same day or the following. It has been a month. They also claim they are required by a professional body to carry out x rays to every child that walks into their office, regardless of their specific situation and age. It is well known there is a minor increase in risk of cancer to children after exposure to x rays. Please refer me to the guidelines that tell you x rays are mandatory. I would like to study it.
I just want to give a shout out to Dr. NHOUR. When I started my procedure with her I was a mess. She quickly took the time to explain everything and to calm me down. She has been nothing but compassionate with me. She takes the time to walk me through every step. And ensures that I understand completely. She goes the extra mile and I am so appreciative of all she does. Thank you Dr. Nhour from the bottom of my heart for all you do. I know at the beginning your hands were full with me, it did not go unnoticed.
Amazing ! Right from the beginning you’re greeted by very friendly receptionists that are knowledgeable and answer all your questions. I had great experiences with the dental assistants as well as the dentist. They are all very professional, comforting and obviously very confident in their work. The clinic is very clean. Prices are perhaps a bit steep but it is what it is. Having a great experience at this clinic so far 🙂 Not sure how they can receive any negative reviews !
