Today I went for a visit to my dentist at FCP. I was there for a cleaning and a check up with the actual dentist. The check up included a full set of x-rays as it has been almost 5 years since they were last taken. Everything was fine. During the visit the hygienist was very professional and did an excellent job. I try to get a cleaning 3 to 4 times a year as I believe this is the best way to avoid serious issues. After the cleaning I met with Dr. Altman and his technician who took a full set of digital x-rays. It is tiresome to sit through the x-rays process as this takes approximately 20-30 minutes but only happens every 3-5 years unless there are issues. Dr. Altman reviewed the x-rays and checked my teeth and bite guard. Over all, it was a pleasant experience and it was clear that he has a lot of experience as he was able to make recommendations to help me keep my teeth strong and healthy. Based on my needs FCP and Dr. Altman are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.
I have been going to FCP Dental for over 20+ years and always receive a warm welcome, and exceptional care! Karen is my highly skilled and personable hygienist. Karen always has great intel when I ask my many questions on improving dental care. I look forward to my appointments! Dr. Jacobs is also amazing. All treatments with Dr. Jacobs have gone smoothly and he communicates every step of the way. I am in very good hands with Dr. Jacobs, Karen, and the whole FCP Dental team.!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Altman for over 40 years. He is very professional, highly expert and realistic. He thoroughly explains procedures and doesn’t push anything you’re not comfortable with. My husband just started seeing him as well after his dentist retired and is glad he did. The hygienists are all very competent and the receptionists are cheerful and efficient. It’s a well run, inviting clinic.
