TOTAL SCAM !!! They submitted a request to my insurance company for a service I did not ask for without even notifying me??? What the heck! Stop this scam now!

I only did a cleaning with the clinic and it was awful. I was bleeding badly and I do regular cleaning every year so it shouldn’t bleed that much. The lady who is doing the cleaning is nice but her skill is really poor, she constantly poke my gum by mistake which caused excessive pain and bleeding. When I bought up my concern she only said it is normal. I have been doing annual cleaning for 10 years and I have never heard that bleeding all the time is NORMAL. I was only visiting this one because I moved and want to find a closer location. End up VERY disappointed with the service quality.

Also they want to sell too much! The front desk lady try to persuade me doing cleaning every three months when that’s completely unnecessary!! When I said no she kept asking me to book appointments with them and insisted my insurance will “cover it anyway “??? So I guess as long as you get paid you don’t care about the patient?? And the truth is my insurance DEFINITELY DOESN’T COVER THAT!

On a side note, their advertising on the Wonderland pass is also a scam!! Not able to use that apparently . I chose the whitening kit but turns out you need to book appointment every 3 months for a year to get the full kits. WHAT A JOKE!

I have another experience at the clinic this week and it was so fantastic.
The doctors and nurses are perfect at what they do and very nice people to talk to too.
The receptionist are also at what they do best,making all the patients comfortable and attended to as fast as they could.
I will refer more people because the service is on top-notch.
