I had a very pleasant experience with Ajax Family Dentistry. This being my first time. seeing l had bad experiences with another dental office in Ajax. The receptionist at Ajax Family Dentistry, was friendly and down to earth who had social skills. They were up front about the cost as well as up to date on insurance info. There were no surprises to come at me. Based on my phone call there was kindness and caring when l told them why l had to reschedule. This helped me to feel comfortable when l walked in. They were not pompous like the last dental office l was in. The Hygenist was ever so patient and gentle with me and gave me good advice how to take care of my gums. The dentist was very friendly as well. First time, in awhile l had a pleasant experience at a dental office and look forward to coming back ! I would totally recommend Ajax Family Dentistry. I hope you will give them try too!

My impression of the Ajax Family Dentistry, from day one of the initial visit to yesterday’s visit is EXCELLENT.
As one steps in the office, greeted by a lovely and professional receptionist ‘Carolina’, automatically put all clients at ease and welcomed.
The office is very clean.
Hygienist Stephanie is excellent at what she does. Professional, gentle and efficient.
Dr Bahdwar is just the coolest dentist. He finished extracting the tooth in no time and with ease. The initial injection to numb the gum was a bit painful, but nevertheless, he did a great job.

Will certainly recommend your office to everyone.

The place was clean and spacious, which I liked. Stephanie, the dental hygienist, was very professional and nice. She always explained what she was going to do before doing it, which made me feel comfortable. The dentist was also great and suggested a cosmetic procedure I didn’t know about. They listened to my concerns about my jaw, which I appreciated. The receptionist was helpful too. They helped me understand how much things would cost and sorted out insurance questions. Plus, they gave me a free electric toothbrush from Oral-B, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I had a positive experience at the clinic and would recommend it to others.
