I received a call from Eltek Dental this morning reminding me of my appointment that unfortunately slipped my mind. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she responded with, “Oh, it slipped your mind? You can find another dentist to do the work,” and then hung up the phone. I called back, unable to believe she had actually hung up on me. When the receptionist answered again, I asked if she had hung up on me or if it was a mistake, and she confirmed that she had hung up intentionally.

I am shocked at the level of unprofessional behavior exhibited. While I understand that missing an appointment is an inconvenience, the manner in which this was handled was both rude and disappointing. There are many professional ways to convey the importance of keeping appointments, and I would have been understanding had it been addressed appropriately.

My husband and I have had numerous dental procedures done at Eltek Dental, making this experience particularly disheartening.

It’s a shame that such unprofessional conduct has overshadowed our prior experiences at this clinic. I hope this feedback helps Eltek Dental improve their customer service.
