I love this place which says a lot because most appointments start in tears. I always feel so anxious going in but there is really nothing to be scared of with this team. I have had several cleanings, fillings and most recently a root canal done here. Everyone is so educated and offers an explanation of what to expect if that’s what you want. They check in often to make sure you are comfortable and will stop on a dime if you say so. Your comfort is #1 here which has not been my experience elsewhere. They have iPads available for listening to music or watching Netflix to keep you focused elsewhere. They even accept e transfer payment I would recommend this practice to anyone! Thanks GLD

I have always had a fear of the dentist since I was young and Dr. Thomm and her team always make me feel comfortable and try their best to help me relax while I am there. They found a solution to help me with my fear and anxiety about the sound and feel of the instruments. Dr. Thomm is an Excellent Dentist and she has an amazing team that works with her! It’s nice to have familiar faces around me while getting fillings and Heather always there to take care of me after Dr. Thomm is done! Thank you all for helping ease my fears of the dentist!

Dr Thomm and all her staff are simply awesome. They all go above and beyond to make me comfortable during my appointments. Dr Thomm always surprises me with her memory. She will ask questions about my life and she actually listens to tha answers. Then 6 months later she remembers what we had talked about and will ask about it. Everyone at Great Lakes does whatever it takes to ensure that I am comfortable during my time in the chair.
