During a recent phone call to your office to inquire about braces and obtain an estimate, I had an unpleasant experience with one of your staff members. While the initial representative I spoke with was helpful and placed me on hold to gather additional information, I overheard a coworker in the background making disparaging remarks about the nature of my inquiry. The coworker stated that I was not a patient and should be told that the representative was too busy to assist me. She mentioned no,no,no, many times.
The pleasant representative who assisted me was apologetic and demonstrated a professional demeanor. However, her colleague was quite impolite and appeared to be rude.

This interaction left me feeling that your clinic may not be a suitable fit for my needs. While I understand that your staff may have been experiencing time constraints, the unprofessional and dismissive manner in which my inquiry was handled was disheartening.

I hope that this feedback can be used to improve the customer service experience for future callers.

I’ve been to a handful of other dental offices before this one and switched only because of moving. They’ve all been fantastic but this one genuinely stands out as the best one I’ve been to.
The office is extremely well maintained and equipped to keep patients as comfortable as possible. Dr. Tabarsi’s work is flawless and so gentle it feels soothing even when there’s a drill in your mouth. She loves teaching and explaining the whats and whys of things, and you truly can tell she enjoys what she’s doing without a single hint of feeling rushed due to the volume of patients.
Honestly, all the staff seems to be truly enjoying what they do and working alongside each other, and that’s a huge part of what makes this place uniquely warm and welcoming. Congrats to all of them for building such a nice environment and thank you for everything!

Staff is friendly and helpful
My cleaning went well, the stains were removed, and the surfaces are smooth.
Had two fillings done:
One tooth had deep pockets on either side, the other had rough edges on either side.
After the fillings were done the pockets and rough edges were gone
Both surfaces are smooth with no rough area that will snag the floss
Time to do these fillings were much longer than what a average dentist would take
However, if you what a job perfectly done and meticulously done;
