Typically when you call to make an appointment the receptionist is able to look through and book you an appointment. At this place, if you need to book an appointment the receptionist has to call you back. 1/5 times she will call back to actually book you an appointment. With that being said, it is very hard to get an appointment.
I switched dentists and got my xrays sent to my new dentist. The new dentist showed me the X-rays and the quality is horrible that you can’t see anything. I now have to re do the xrays I paid for at this doctor and the new one.
On top of all this, they claimed I had 2 small cavities on my back tooth and when I asked my new dentist she said that I didn’t.
I guess it’s a good thing you can’t get an appointment because when you do get one they scam you into services you don’t need.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! Appointments are unreliable. You go make an appointment in advance. Then you go in and they say they don’t have an appointment or left you a message to cancel. Meanwhile they’re giving your appointment to someone else or forget there’s a dental conference that day and book you in accidentally! It wasn’t 1 instance, it was 6 in a matter of 2 years between 3 people. Incredibly unrealiable place!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!
My family and I have been going to Dr Jorge and Arnel for almost 12 years now and they never disappoint. Besides the fact that theyre both genuinely nice guys, you can tell they care about you, and your dental health and that’s what’s important.
