I can’t say enough positive things about Kootenay Life Dental!! I followed my hygienist Carlyle to Cranbrook as she had cleaned my teeth in Creston. She is amazing, thorough and my teeth appreciate the way she cleans them I recently had broken a tooth had it temporarily fixed while out of the country, rebroke it and Kootensy life got me in immediately. Dr. Howe was able to address the issues right away and very quickly was able to get the crown process started. This was my 4th crown over the years but definitely the most painless experience of all. All the staff right from the receptionists to hygienists, to assistants and the dentists have made this patient a very happy one!! Even got a followup call to make sure all was well. Customer service is extremely important to me and Kootenay Life Dental does not disappoint Thank you!!
Just had a first visit here after many many years (we’re talking almost 15) of not going to a dentist due to fear and a bad experience elsewhere. All the women there were fantastic, as was Dr. Davis. The cleaning was great, and a first procedure is sadly on the horizon. BUT, they have all been nothing but helpful, accommodating, encouraging and comforting about my anxiety around the whole thing. So workable, and willing to do all they can to ease the worry. If you have anxiety surrounding dentistry, I definitely recommend giving these guys a shot 🙂
EDIT: First procedure complete!! 10/10 would recommend for those of us that are phobic. I believe Dr. Davis and his staff have cut my anxiety around the whole thing in half, if not more. Everyone is super nice, and give an air of “chill”. I felt nothing but gratitude. Go here.
Dr. Howe and her assistant (Jaclyn I believe her name is) are very caring and compassionate, and just do an excellent job overall.
The office staff are also gems and were able to fit me in this morning at the last minute, which is really appreciated.
Thank you for such a great experience (I’ve dealt with dental anxiety my whole life) and I look forward to my next visit.
