Been coming here for years and it’s always been 5 stars. My recent experience with the receptionist is what makes me give 1 star because I called numerous times asking for her to tell the dentist to call me as I had a urgent dental inquiry, she didn’t relay the information and made me travel more than 1 hour to come here just to find out I can no do my procedure here. She wasted my time and did not apologize once but gaslit me, the patient. She ruined my experience at my favourite dentist, probably making me never come back here again. You’re the face of the dental office, try to be nicer and accommodate your patients. She did not once try to rebook me with the right surgeon either. 0/5

This dental clinic is one of a kind. Every single staff is very comforting and welcoming. My son who is terrified of doctors and has been hesitant to see a dentist had a fun experience here. Dr. Joel is very cool and knows his craft very well. His advise and tips gave comfort to a worried mom like me. He and his staff were very gentle with my kiddo and made every step of the check up, relaxing for him. I would highly recommend them.

I used to dread going to the dentist but I don’t anymore. The office environment is so nice and relaxing. Super clean! All the admin staff are so nice and friendly. Dr. Joel (dentist) and Ivan (hygienist) are both amazing. My family and myself all switched over here over a year ago, and I’m so glad we did. They also have a tv right above you while you’re in the chair, so your sessions go by quick.
