After receiving an email from Dr Brierly, I have decided to edit my review. Unfortunately, we will not return to this office due to the following:
1. over the initial phone call, I had booked an appointment, only to find out that I did not actually have an appointment
2. I thought based on Sunlife app (as shown) and the insistence of the office to receive my insurance information, that they do direct billing, which is not the case
3. it was not made clear that we would have a bill to pay because: A) I was asked ahead of time for ins info B) reminder text to email ins info in C) reconfirm in person by me handing the cards D) filling out the paperwork with ins info E) not state that at the end of this appointment, I will have a bill to pay

As I was ready to go, I was surprised that I had a bill to pay, and at no point was this made clear to me. We will not return to this office; the administrative aspect needs to improve.
My family has been going to McLaughlin Dental Centre for a number of years and only have positive things to say about the staff and dental services provided. The staff are kind and considerate when examining and cleaning my boys teeth. My boys really like the treasure box where they can select a small toy for being good. Our appointments always run on time and the dental hygenists and dentists provide excellent exams for the best dental health for our teeth.
I had an urgent concern to address and phoned to ask if they were taking on new patients. The women at the desk, Jocelyn, was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She got me in the very next day to see Dr Mark Fishman. He was so pleasant and explained everything that he was doing and why. I’ve never felt so relaxed at a dentists office before! A big thank you to Mclaughlin dental centre for helping me.
