I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Niki and her exceptional team. From the moment I walked into their office, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth displayed by everyone.
Dr. Niki and her assistant Yasmin were not only highly skilled professionals but also incredibly attentive and friendly. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure, making me feel comfortable and confident in their expertise. Their bedside manner was truly exceptional, easing any anxiety I had about dental work.
The quality of their work speaks for itself. My dental issues were addressed with precision and care, and the results exceeded my expectations. The office itself is impeccably clean, and the staff’s efficiency ensured that my appointments ran smoothly.
The staff at this office are all amazing; super friendly and all with personality; From the moment walking in – there is a comfort that comes regardless of the reason I am there. I am very hard on my teeth, I do brush, floss but like others probably started to late in life.. Dr Der is highly efficient and does work like no other; if there is ever a reason I need to go to a different dentist.. they are held against Dr Der as the bar to meet….none ever do.. My teeth look amazing and I can only thank Dr Der and all the staff that work along side. <3
I don’t usually post but I will make an exception because I highly recommend Northgate Dental Centre. Kirsten and Michelle are knowledgeable and not only answer questions but volunteer information that I didn’t know to ask about. And Dr. Der even came in on a holiday when I had an issue with a crown. The front office staff run the office efficiently and are very welcoming. If you need a dentist in Coquitlam or the surrounding areas, check this office out.
