I have been to many dentists over my lifetime and this place was just completely different from the rest.
When I called to book in, they got me in right away on the only day and time I had available.
When I arrived the front desk lady was smiling, and greeted me so politely, she then asked me very thoughtful questions about my wishes for my dental work and experience. When I got in with the dental hygienist she was very supportive, knowledgeable & made sure I got all the testing and cleaning I needed done within my benefit budget. She was also really funny and talked the entire time about what she was seeing with my teeth so I was in the known. Lastly I seen the doctor and he was SO knowledgeable about everything and completely understand of budget, timeline & was over the top thorough with making sure I got everything I needed to get done. They have me booked in for more dental work & I am actually excited to go to the dentist for once in my life. Love this place!!

If I could give less than one star I would I went there for my son and they don’t know how to bill blue cross if your on government supports thought me and my ex were together because my baby born 2024 was listed on my benefits it lists birthdays next to their names but he came to support my son they took X-rays and never label them so when we went to another clinic they had to redo them. Piper creek didn’t seem to know how to use my benefits. The new dental place (not this one) actually could charge my benefits. They contacted my ex about payment issues that’s they’re faults as like I said they other dental place I’ve gone to since has had no issue. The new dental place says it’s simple to process the benefits that they should read their emails to now how to process it and they clearly didn’t read that email. They were rude when I called and got them the information from my benefits they said they needed they said that it wasn’t “enough” they needed more and hung up abruptly. Stay away or be aware.

I booked in with Dr. Ahmed for a second opinion and he was nothing short of amazing. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything he was doing and took the time to do a very thorough exam. He was also amazing at providing me with the best options for me and genuinely had my best interest at heart and not his own. He was very kind and gentle and exudes great professionalism. I will most certainly be a patient of his as long as he is practicing at Piper Creek Dental! I would recommend him to anyone, especially anyone who may have anxieties around dentist environments, he was very comforting and reassuring.
