I moved to Trenton in November, so I would be a new patient whichever clinic I picked. Just before Christmas I was having tooth pain and dropped into Riverside to make an appointment. I was told it would be aa few weeks to a month, and I agreed to wait. A month came and I expected to have the cavity repaired on my visit. Instead they took pictures and x-rays, and told me to make another appointment. I did, and it was another month until they could see me! Two days before this appointment, and after two months of feeling the initial pain from the cavity, they called and I was informed that they only planned to do a full mouth exam and had NO plans on relieving my pain again! Also, even though I previously had told them I had heart issues and supplied them with a list of medication I’m taking, apparently now in order to retain my month old scheduled appointment, I would have to bring in a letter from my doctor in the next day and a half saying that simply filling a cavity would be alright! Guess what? My doctor doesn’t just sit around all day waiting for me to call him. So, from past experiences I would once again be expected to wait another month to hopefully finally have my tooth repaired. And finally, I’m curious to know why if I informed them back in December of all of the medications I was on, did they charge me $200 for an exam if they had no intention of completing the follow up work? All unacceptable by any standard.

Riverside Dental are fantastic. They are a compassionate, caring, and professional team who really are committed to working alongside their clients for the best outcomes.

They took on my boyfriend as soon as we called and were so great with him. He couldn’t have asked for a better experience having three teeth removed (and more on the way). Thanks to Dr. Oldfin and his incredible team, he is no longer afraid to get the help that he needs.

Amazing experience! Everyone was SO friendly. Dr. Bradley and the dental hygienists were so thorough when explaining the procedure to have our 3 month old son’s tongue and lip tie lasered. They answered all our questions and made us feel more comfortable and confident about our decision. They made sure we were comfortable with everything before leaving the office. The office staff were welcoming and so easy to deal with.
