Sadly, I can’t recommend this office & I had really high hopes based on these 5 star reviews. I’m fearful of dentists & mentioned this several times before & during my first visit. The hygienist who I saw was friendly & professional but I can’t say the same for the dentist who didn’t even introduce himself, let alone do anything to make me feel welcome as a first time (clearly nervous) patient. The dentist then made several (incorrect) assumptions about my overall health & teeth that left me feeling really fearful & discouraged when I left the office. I should mention, I didn’t even have any cavities.

A second opinion from a dentist who simply took the time to answer my questions & explain the work they suggested doing to ensure I understood a world of difference for me.

Poor communication & follow up from the front desk as well.

It brings me no satisfaction to report such a negative experience but I hope this prevents another nervous person like me from having a similar experience.

This practice, commits insurance fraud!
I went in for an emergency exam and they charged my insurance for a new patient exam and took a mouthful of X-rays.Then told me I need 4 root canals. Dr Micheal didn’t even address the tooth that was hurting.

I took a chance on this dentist and I won’t be going back. Please don’t waste your time or money.

I already spoke to the office manager Courtney, her condescending tone is part of the reason I got a second opinion and I went to another dentist office. What’s concerning is that you’re acting like I’m the problem instead of fixing the real issue. I am very happy that I got the right treatment at the Dental office in the Mall, they were honest and took care of my tooth pain they also didn’t try to fraud my insurance.

Please beware of this office Barrie!

I cannot recommend this dentistry office enough! The exceptional level of professionalism displayed by all the doctors, especially Dr. Michael, truly impressed me. Dr. Michael went above and beyond to help me overcome my fear of undergoing any kind of dental work. His caring demeanor, expertise, and gentle approach made all the difference for me. Thanks to the entire team at this office, I now feel confident and comfortable whenever I need dental treatment. Five stars all the way!
