Terrible secretary. Very rude. I noticed her answering the phone and putting it on hold to wipe the table and the back of her chair. She opened the office late and when she saw me standing outside the door she came and unlocked it and walked away. She did not open it and say hello, come on in, or acknowledge my presence at all.
As for the dentist, the equipment was very outdated, I HOPE the tools were clean but I did not see a single sterile field open during the visit. I was also offered a discount if I paid cash. The most Mickey Mouse dentist I’ve ever been to. It was an emergency and they had immediate availability but even if your situation is urgent, find somewhere else to go.

Worst service ever had ! What the hek…start from the reception. She’s damn rude, notice she’s either the spouse or the owner or the angry wife who manage this horror place , the dentist should retired, his eyes turned white and hands shaking …old enough to stop. waiting for while as my opp was passed and many junkies ppl had passed before me . In the end the doctor saw me and felt he’s hesitating . Extraction or feeling …. Ran away. Just an advice done go there for real & dunno how other wrote such a amazing review , of course part of the conspiracy ….

Called the night before for an appointment for the next day. Walked in and was immediately taken in (I was on time). While I didn’t have any work done, the Dentist was able to quickly identify the problem, suggest next steps and provide me with a prescription for temporary relief until I can get surgery scheduled. Everyone was nice and efficient in dealing with me while I was in a lot of pain. Street parking only, however the nearby hospital has parking (not cheap). Also easily accessible by the Metro. Not wheelchair accessible.
