Not a good experience at all. The dentist was EXCELLENT but the staff not so good. Long story short I was scheduled to get work done on two teeth and after the run around and the phone tag I was getting; 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment as I was driving there Sherri ( receptionist) called and told me my insurance doesn’t cover both teeth and that I could only get one tooth done today but that I would also have to pay $650 out of pocket. And she needed to know now if I still wanted it done? I’m left with the pain and now a broken tooth tooth and having to find another dentist to do the work. I’ve had the same work on two different teeth with the same insurance and didn’t have to pay a thing but today I could only do one of my teeth and had to pay out of pocket. Why wasn’t I told this in the last 2 1/2 months I’ve been waiting for this appointment ? She was rude and didn’t have any compassion when it came time for my appointment. I obviously had to cancel 15 minutes before my appointment on my way there due to the staff not doing there job. this could have been dealt with long ago. Not right.

Where do I begin…having been told about this place was nothing short of a miracle! We had a dentist of whom we were very happy with, even to the point of following him when he moved clinic’s. Unfortunately, he had some changes in his life that had him having to relocate south. When we came to hear of Walden universal we were hesitant about starting again with someone new…well even after the first visit we knew we’d found our family dentist! Dr. Binh and his team are awesome! All of them are so wonderful to deal with and be around. Its almost like a huge family. I can not say enough about this place to justify how good it is!!! Absolutely wonderful place

I have been a patient at Walden dental since they opened and unfortunately I recently had to have a tooth extraction as well as a root canal . I was amazed at the ease with which these were handled by Dr. Binh. I felt absolutely no pain. Dr. Binh displayed such care, gentleness and precision , all the while explaining the procedures. His staff has always been professional and courteous. I also appreciate their covid protocols and the place is spotless. Thanks Dr Binh and staff!
