My wife and I have been Dr. Hala Kazbal’s patient for over two years. Hands down, She is the most caring, knowledgeable and kind dentist we have ever had. She always goes out of her way to explain everything before the procedure and takes her time to do it precisely while constantly checking on you to make sure that you have no pain or discomfort.
Her team at the Waterloo park Dental, from her kind and friendly receptionists to her dental hygienist and assistants are all very caring and friendly. Dental procedures are always stressful but the atmosphere at her clinic really calms you down.

Great staff. Great doctor. Everything went smoothly. They answered my questions very calmly and did not push me to sign up for more services or anything. Had friendly encounters with everyone there. Will def go back in the future when needed.
