Reviews:
When Dr. Nishant took over Dr. Lam’s practice I didn’t bother to check him out. Out of convenience I just went to my scheduled cleaning as I always have for the past 18 years. It was at our first meeting that he suggested I replace all my old fillings. I wasn’t having any issues with my teeth so I declined to have that done. On the next visit he brought it up again and told me how it really should be done before I start having any issues with my teeth. He was being a bit pushy about it so on his recommendation I did. It turned out that 3 teeth had old fillings and he replaced them all at the same time. The next day I was in so much pain and called the office to discuss it. To make a really long story short I went in 3 times to have my teeth checked because of the pain and each visit I was told to wait a couple weeks and things would settle down. After 5 weeks of excruciating pain I was finally told I probably needed at least one root canal – maybe more. There was no way I was going to let him do that so I picked a specialist and had his receptionist make the appointment. Best thing I ever did. One of my teeth was badly infected and I was told if I hadn’t waited so long things would have turned out differently. Seems the filling in question had gaps which aided in the infection. I immediately went in search of another dentist with a solid reputation and now I’m with him. I’m glad I took things into my own hands but I’m no dentist and it’s unforgivable what Dr. Nishant put me through.
The only reason I gave 1 star is because his assistant was a good person who wasn’t calling the shots so I can’t fault her for anything.
I inquired about a periodontal device last fall and was told a preauthorization would be submitted to my insurance. I noticed a few weeks later that a claim had been submitted and paid by my insurance without my authorization. For the past 8 weeks, I have repeatedly tried to contact the office to request confirmation of what was ordered and they have refused to respond. Because they are unable or unwilling to provide confirmation that a device was actually ordered, I’ve been forced to open an investigation with my insurance company to cancel the claim that was made without my knowledge.

The hygienist I saw did an excellent job, and prior to this experience, I was happy with the appointment I had with Dr. Nishant. However, this experience has created a huge delay in my receiving a required medical device and I have lost all trust in this office to provide reliable care.

I went to the dentist six months ago for a cleaning service, and the doctor insisted that I also get certain cavities filled. I eventually agreed to the treatment, and it was the WORST choice (the cavities were tiny because I had them fixed in Mexico).

Next day my two teeth hurt after the treatment the dentist had done on me. When I went back to the clinic later, the dentist told me that I would need to get used to the pain for at least a few months.
I visited another professional dentist after 3 months, he explained that the reason it hurts is because the dentist at Willow Clinic drilled my tooth very deep which hurt my nerves, deeper than necessary, hitting my nerve. I went from having a healthy tooth to a tooth with a dead nerve and a lot of pain to date
