I had the pleasure of bringing my daughter to You Make Me Smile Dental Centre to see Dr. Alkhoury for teeth extractions, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Service is great when you get in for an appt. They’ve helped make my 4 yr old very comfortable with going to the dentist. Administrative staff is friendly.
However, it’s happened to me twice now where I’ve booked an appointment 6 months in advance, just for them to cancel my appointment a few days before (first time is because the booked me on family day and weren’t open, Second time is because they no longer had a hygienist available for my appointment). They have rescheduled me for another 6 months out. So if you plan to stay on a good routine of seeing the dentist every 6 months , it might not happen at this office.
