Reviews:
Great service and great staff! I wish I had known this place much sooner! I hated my last dental office so much that I didn’t bother to look for anything else!

The price here is reasonable, the doctors and staff are knowledgeable. I especially like my hygienist, Hemal. She was sooo attentive and sweet! She explained everything as she did my cleaning and she gave me information on how I should better my dental routine. I was so nervous at first but she was so patient and understanding.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! 10/10

(I had to edit this review because it looks like I can’t write another review with the same account)

I had an appointment with them on Monday (Jan 22). I did my 5 fillings and the male doctor (so sorry I forgot his name) was very patient with me. I was so anxious that after the anesthesia, I got uncontrollably shaky. He calmed me down, and chit chatted with me until I was ready for the whole process.

There was some insurance issue at the end: My insurance covered 100% but the coverage left was only $900 something, the total cost for the day was $1200 something, so I needed to pay around $300 out-of-pocket. This was unexpected, as I previously told them I would only do what the insurance would cover and I wanted them to check my insurance amount before doing the work, and that I didn’t want to pay out-of-pocket. They were understanding of this issue, they brought this up to their Manager, and the Manager was so kind to promise to sort this out for me, she said she would call me back today. Today, she called me and advised that they worked with my insurance to solve this, everything is good on my end, I don’t need to pay anything else.

This is excellent customer support! I’m so thankful I found this dental office!!! <3

The branch reception staff is courteous and helpful.
BUT
Do NOT, for anything do NOT let yourself be treated by Dr. Simone. She can potentially turn a minor issue into something you will be repeatedly visiting dentists for and have extreme discomfort for days to follow. I had a minor chipped tooth incident and she decided to treat by trimming the tooth unnecessarily more than required, without confirming. And she did not polish the actual chipped tooth at all. Because of her action, I had wrong pressure points on wrong teeth, causing pain in my entire jaw. Also not to forget, the unpolished tooth continues to irritate me. I did visit another doctor thereafter who had to treat 4 different teeth just to make sure Dr. Simone’s mid-doing stops troubling me. He did that with extreme care, checking with bite-tests and confirming my comfort and discomfort, very unlike Dr.Simone. She did not share her treatment plan at any point, did not perform any bite test, did not bother to explain to me her doing, and was absolutely careless. I have not had to deal with dental issues my entire life, only for a minor tooth chip to be escalated to repeated visits to dentists. I have been suffering still, with new consequences of her mis-treatment and pure negligence. The one doctor at the same clinic who was so helpful, isn’t sitting at this location anymore. It’s sad.
From the moment I called to inquire and book an appointment, my experience with this dental office was exceptional. The staff member who assisted me over the phone was incredibly helpful and professional. Upon visiting the clinic, I was greeted with the same level of professionalism and warmth.

My hygienist, Preet, was outstanding. She was not only friendly but also very attentive to my comfort throughout the cleaning process. She consistently checked in to ensure I was doing fine, which I greatly appreciated.

The office itself is modern, well-maintained and inviting, adding to the overall positive experience.

I’m happy to say that I’ve found my new dental office and will definitely be returning for future visits. Highly recommended!
