Not impressed when I had a recent experience at this dental service for my child’s baby tooth filling and I found the pricing for the checkup of my child’s baby tooth to be higher than anticipated. Additionally, the overall cost of the treatment seemed to be on the highest side with the dentist unnecessarily exaggerating a temporary tooth filling job and prices. During the visit, I experienced a lack of effective communication from dentist Marijana Eic. After completing the treatment, she seemed arrogantly preoccupied with her phone and did not engage in the necessary communication with me as a parent. Instead, the receptionist conveyed the main aftercare instructions. This departure from the communication style I am accustomed to in professional Canadian environments was unusual and unprofessional for me as a parent. Furthermore, my child was left waiting idle in the chair for over 30 minutes, which I felt was an excessive amount of time for a kid. As a parent, I value punctuality and believe that respecting your own time means respecting the time of others as well. I would suggest that the dental service consider enhancing their communication practices, respecting appointment times and ensuring a more efficient and timely experience for patients. It is my hope that this review helps both the dental service and prospective patients in making informed decisions.

I would recommend Alberni Family Dental to anyone. The amazing service and care starts at the front desk, and extends beyond to dentist. They are very clear and take the time to explain your options without making you feel rushed.

Dr. Sherry was amazing and did a really great job on my fillings, as well as explaining the procedure really well, allowing me to know what to expect and understand what is going on with my oral health.

The appointments weren’t rushed, the staff was really friendly, they explained everything well, the office is very clean and it led me to really trust my dentist!

We visited Family dental to find a dentist for our family. We were extremely pleased with both Dentist and staff & their very beautiful and clean office.

Dr. Soheil was excellent in explaining any procedures and options along the way. He also was very attentive to make sure you were always doing okay.

Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. We went home feeling like yayyy we found a good family dentist.

Happy our son will have a great experience and we now have an awesome family dentist. Our teeth feel squeaky clean 😉
