Disappointed is an understatement, I feel it’s more for money than his patients. Said she needed sleep apnea tests and have her tonsils and adenoids removed and bushed us off when the specialist said there was nothing wrong with her. He will push for mouth ties removal and myo brace even will lie and tell you your benefits will cover you for the whole process but will run out before the second stage. he will convince you she’s a mouth breather and kids shouldn’t get sick and will ignore you when you disagree with him. I will not be attending or having either kid attend his clinic again. Now I wasted over a year on this myo brace he refuses to progress to the next step and all the benefits to cover the child in the future. Don’t fall in the same trap I did.
I have called in a couple times within the last couple years and everytime I have had a bad experience with the person who answers the phone. Each time I have found that Jenny likes to overtalk when you’re talking and gives inaccurate information. Last time I dealt with her she would give inconsistent information each time a spoke with her, and when asked about it the response I get is ‘I don’t know what to tell you’. I really like the dentist here, but even tho this place is 2 mins from my house, I will drive all the way to Brighton just to receive good customer service. I will not bother calling this place again, too many negative phone experiences. Chagger dental in brighton is top notch!
Chagger Dental is a great dental care team. All of the staff are professional and friendly. In particular, Carey, Jenni and Dr. Bunt. I attended their office to obtain a sleep apnea mouth guard. I am pleased with the device and the standard of care provided. I also met with Jenni for myofunctional therapy sessions. Jenni is an excellent instructor. She is knowledgeable and patient. I had to change my appointments numerous times and the staff accommodated me. As I said, a great dental care team.
