SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID AT ALL COST!
Had teeth cleaning done at this clinic and it felt like a scam! The session was super rushed. The Dentist assistant polished my teeth for roughly 10 minutes, and Dr. Li scaled my teeth for 3 minutes and just sent me off.

I had to ask for a mirror to have a look myself and as I suspected, he didn’t even get my tartar buildup. His lack of attention to detail is appalling. He neglected to see my slight tartar build up, which was so visible to the naked eye. He claims that he got it and that he didn’t see any more, but it was so evident that there were tartar left (which he did not get). This is the first time I’ve experienced teeth cleaning that under 20minutes. The average time is typically 60-90minutes. The BCDA needs to do a thorough check up on this Dentists practice. SAVE YOUR MONEY/INSURANCE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I have been a patient of Dr. Li’s for over 20 years. He is hands down the best dentist i have ever had. He really cares about your teeth and not out to make a quick buck money. He works with you and budgets with you. While other dentists explore your mouth for problems, he will look for solutions.
I am so honoured to be his patient. His staff are extremely caring as well and so kind!!! I just adore all of them.
I don’t know if I was not careful enough or on purpose. I have had two fillings at this dentist. Every time I come home after filling my teeth, I find that there are still some small black spots on the teeth. The doctor didn’t clean my teeth when they filled them. Not long after, the tooth hurt again. It costs about 200 yuan to fill each tooth. I hope you, as dentists, will be more responsible.
