I’d give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely horrible experience with my daughter. Work not completed, canceling appointments and refusing to do any more work on my daughter leaving her mouth a mess and causing the cavities to spread due to refusing to do the work. Everyone raves about them for helping with dental anxiety and all they did was make my daughter feel like something was wrong with her. Will never recommend or return.
Sura Hadad and her entire team has been my family dental office for nearly a decade. And until I met them, I didn’t think I could ever have a dentist appointment without fear!
The hygienists are always so helpful and friendly, and take time to make me understand each step of the processes.
For the first time in my life I love my smile and dental habits, and am not afraid to ask questions about my dental health.
I like Dr. Hadad and staff very much. My visit was postponed eventually because I couldn’t get my blood pressure down. I had a successful visit the first time. For some reason this time my dental anxiety went up. Maybe exacerbated by arthritis pain this week.
I will be glad to make another appointment and go back.
