My visit to The Star of Downtown dental was for a broken tooth. I was desperately looking for a dentist as the dentists in the neighborhood didn’t have available slots. I even waited for more than 10 days before I tried The Star of Downtown. When I called The Star of Downtown they quickly understood my case and in 1 day made time for me.
The whole process of the receptionist taking my details to arranging the dental examination was smooth, clear and most importantly for my case quick.
The actual procedure was no different. The doctor explained everything clearly and even asked me if I want to take time to decide whether I wanted to have the tooth extracted or go for a root canal. In the end I opted for extraction. Even a procedure like extraction was taken care of smoothly and post extraction instructions were very informative.
Though I was skeptical as The Star of Downtown is relatively new, I am so glad I went there, having a broken tooth for more than 10 days was painful enough!

Prior to coming here, I hadn’t been to a dentist for about 10 years. The dentist was very knowledgeable and educated me on everything that I needed to know about the different dental procedures. They walked me through a treatment plan for all the dental work that I needed to complete. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, as they took their time to answer the questions that I had. I am very happy with the fillings and my new denture. The dentists here are truly masters of their craft. The prices were reasonable and the office took care of my insurance, so I didn’t have to do any paperwork with my insurance. Everyone that I’ve encountered in this clinic has been friendly and polite, and the office is very clean. Also, this clinic is open on Sundays, which is very convenient for me.
I am pleased to recommend this dentist.
The work I receive here is done professionally and efficiently. Every member of this dental team I’ve interacted with have been friendly and welcoming. They do their best to make me comfortable throughout procedures. They are also helpful working with my insurance and they make recommendations with my interests in mind. The location is also great for me.
I couldn’t ask for more in a dentist.
