Other than the front desk people it’s ok. If you genuinely have the patient to beg for your file/documents & x-rays to be sent to you then go ahead. I never encountered rude people like that. The best part is when the front desk lady told me that she doesn’t have time to send me my x-rays because there’s many of them. X-rays take 2 minutes to send out and i believe that if the client wants access to their documents then they have the right to. First time there and last time. I genuinely liked the place and the ladies in the back are amazing but again, the whole front desk people needs an upgrade. After begging for some minutes she finally said “ughh just give us 10 minutes sir, we’ll send them out to you.” Safe to say that I never received the x-rays. I went to another dentist and had to pay for new x-rays because i didn’t have the time to go back and forth to get my own documents that i have right to, sent to me. PS: the owner is really nice and made me feel really comfortable but it really doesn’t justify the way i was treated on sight and over the phone by the front desk ladies.

I have been a patient of theirs for a very long time. This clinic is one of the best in Montreal. Like most people I do not like to go to the dentist, but Dre Camelia Rioux is the real deal. She is professional down to her very core, she works well and fast always caring that the procedure doesn’t hurt her patient. Her team is also the best the ladies there are amazing from her reception staff to her help in the surgery room all professionals all the ways…I recommend them very very much…with much enthusiasm. Go girls you guys rock….!!!!!

An excellent place for dental needs: situated in a strategic location; with plenty of free parking spaces; manned by accommodating staff and patient dental associates; and under the supervision of professional dentists. The clinic can directly submit charges to your respective insurance companies – an estimate can also be forwarded prior to the actual conduct of the needed service. It is highly recommended.
