This practise is honestly fantastic, the front desk staff went above and beyond for me, ensuring I was always happy and informed booking me in super quickly and reminding me of appointments with their automated reminders! The dentistry staff have the most amazing energy and made me feel so comfortable and looked after throughout treatments, I feel brand new! So happy to have found a dental practise I trust and love! This place is so personable and felt like they immediately took the time to know me as a person and not just a patient!
I can’t recommend Dr Lim and the whole team at Family Dental Care enough! I am a UBC student and was anxious about finding a dentist here in Vancouver while I’m at school, but Dr. Lim is kind, knowledgeable and an awesome dentist! I’ve had a cleaning, filling and emergency appt with FDC and all were exceptional experiences.
I’m always very nervous going to the dentist because of a life-long fear, but Dr. Lim and the staff are always so gentle, reassuring, and helpful there’s honestly no reason to be nervous. The practice is upfront about costs, flexible where possible, and I always leave feeling more comfortable than I did when I arrived.
