For the 3+ years (maybe 5? What is time?) I have gone to this dental office, every single staff member has been so kind and friendly. They are positive and upbeat, and have also been great with my younger daughter. They have TV set up so kids can watch a show as a helpful distraction, and allow parent in the room if requested to reduce child/parent anxiety. Although a smaller building, the office is always impeccably clean with upkept painting/decor. They promote good oral hygeine while never shaming clients. I’ve had negative experiences with 4 other dental offices in Orillia throughout the past decade including unpleasant reception, being required to pay for services that turns out were not necessary, shame around oral hygeine regime during a time where I was experiencing mental health issues, and further, shame around my child requiring a cavity filling. Lakeside Family Dentistry is not like that whatsoever! I actually now like going to get my teeth cleaned and checked. Also, my daughter likes how silly and nice Dr. Naghdi is. He is amazing with kids! She really did not like going to our prior dentists but since we made this switch there’s been no issues. Can’t thank all staff enough for their professionalism and positivity. I highly recommend their dental services to anyone.

Wonderful Dental Clinic! Took my 8 yr old son here for a cleaning, the experience was 5 stars +from beginning to end. Terry @ reception was super professional, informative and helpful. Dr. Naghdi was a breath of fresh air in dentistry, he came out into the wait area and introduced himself, made us feel very welcome, once we were in the examination room he explained the procedure throughly, took his time through it and gave advice on how to maintain my sons dental health, this man really cares about his patients, you are taken care of here! Their dental assistant is wonderful, very professional and efficient, there is a true sense of team work at this clinic. My advice to Orillia residents, give this clinic a chance you will find your forever dentist, and a team that truly cares about their patients, you will not find this anywhere else.

Had to have a tooth extracted, now I’m usually terrified when it comes to dentistry and having needles/drills in my mouth. Dr. Amairali Naghdi was honestly the best dentist I’ve gone to for thing kind of thing, I’ve had 2 other teeth extracted, both times I felt pain. With Amairali, this man froze my mouth so well I wasn’t even anxious during the process, he had it out well within 20 minutes and this was a rear molar.

Ladies, gents. If you’re ever afraid of dentists, believe me I know that feeling. This place cares, and puts those feelings at ease.
