Best dental office I’ve ever been too !
I went in for my first initial consultation this morning and I truly had a wonderful experience. The team, from the receptionists at the front to the hygienists and DR. Macklan himself are so attentive and are lovely people, they go above and beyond when it comes to customer care and facilitating any of your needs and I can see after one visit that they will be my permanent dental care office moving forward ! Thanks to Dr. Jeff Macklan & Associates for the warm welcome

Dr Macklan is great, been going to him for many years!! He takes his time to explain and makes you sure you understand. His current staff and previous staff have always been very pleasant and understanding when it came to my rescheduling due to my hectic business travel schedule!

I’ve been a client for years.
When I arrived for my appointment I was told by the receptionist to put alcohol on my hands. I told her I’d just put some on in the car. She said if I don’t do it again I can’t stay.
On my way out she said “welcome to my life”. She was very rude. Obviously the staff in unhappy. Im looking for a new dentist.
