Wow wow wow! My husband who completely hates dentists will only come to this office and I know why! They treat their patients with so much respect and care. Sophie at the front desk not only went above and beyond with updating my husband’s health plans but also went and retroactively ran through a claim that I had forgotten to do. She is quick, followed up with all supporting documents without me asking and took the time to squeeze in his missed appointments! Excellent job Sophie!
Went in today feeling even more nervous than I normally do when I go. Amanda took every step to make me feel comfortable . She asked questions, checked in with me and was super friendly. I haven’t left an appointment feeling as good as I did today! She was great. Dr. Maranco did as well and this is what I love about this team.
Chris the receptionist is always very nice when I need to book an appointment or just simply ask a question.
Called them first thing on a Saturday morning for an emergency extraction. Melanie was super nice and patient on the phone.
