Please take the time to read if you are researching moving to a new dental office.

This office told my family member that it would take 1 full month for the gums to heal after a simple cleaning (where no periodontal disease was involved). That they would not recement the bridge until then. As a dental professional in the know, this is appalling.

Dental people know that the existing bridge would not fit after 1 month due to teeth movement. It would then require a brand new $4,000 bridge to be made.

This office clearly did not give optimal treatment which was needed ASAP. They were happy to take $80 to “look at it” even though they had photos pre-emailed to them with an explanation and history.

On the other hand, the separate dental office which in the same space called “City Center Dental” did exactly what was needed in one appointment the very next day. They cleaned the area and recemented the bridge. Even by then the bridge didn’t quite fit properly because teeth had already moved (after 3 days of bridge falling out).

Do not go to this office if you would like to be taken care of well.

This was my dental office for years. I booked a cleaning for my daughter when booking. I specified no x-rays, just a cleaning, she didnt have any sore teeth. I set aside $200 for this appointment. I knew I couldn’t afford x-rays that visit. When I went to pay, it was $350. I asked why and saw the bill. They proceeded to do 5 xrays. I stated that I hadn’t wanted x-rays, and then 3 of them came at me. I mentioned the radiation of xrays, and I was told that bananas have more radiation. I looked this up it’s not true. If you want to know. But bananas do have radiation. My daughter felt they were bullying me and said some words, and Crystal told her not to talk to her that way. My daughter replied , ” Don’t talk to my mom like she dumb.” A week later, I got a break up letter that they no longer wanted me or my family as a client. That I harassed them. Cause i stood up to them about what I wanted. Oh, and I paid my bill in full that day. Wouldn’t want to go back after that experience.

Very disappointed with the way they handle clients the fact that i am not a new client. I was surprised when they asked me to pay the extra charges from my previous insurance 2 years ago which I cannot remember anymore. They insisted that they sent me the bill but i never got. I told them i still have to figure it out since i am just
the supplementary and it’s been 2 years already . But they sent it to the collection and the amount is getting bigger. I recommended this clinic to my friends before but this is what I’ve got. They just don’t care even if you’re an old client.
