I read all the reviews and decided to try out Simon Dental, but my experience was terrible. The doctor (Dr. Lindsay) who examined my teeth was careless and rude. Some of my teeth are loose, and I told her to be a bit gentle, but she didn’t listen at all. Instead, she gave me rolling eyes and poked my teeth so hard that I felt they were about to come off. It was very painful.

On the other hand, the hygienist was perhaps too gentle, and I didn’t feel my teeth were clean after the cleaning. I called in afterward to cancel our appointments (for the entire family) and was asked if I was withdrawing us. I said yes. The receptionist asked the reason, so I gave her my honest opinion based on my experience. She was rude, didn’t address the concerns as a proper business should, and just hung up the phone.

Another receptionist told me that their service is really good since she’s been with the business for over 10 years. Perhaps they treat their employees better than customers, but based on my experience, I do not wish anyone to experience what I had experienced.

I have my usual dental office to visit as well (I have two insurances), and Simon’s price is almost double compared to my normal dental office. This was a total waste of my time and insurance!

Simon Dental brings happiness back into the experience of going to the Dentist. Everyone is so welcoming and respectful. Dr Simon is gentle and makes sure that all his patients are well taken care of. The staff is fabulous and very well educated and is able to help with all questions asked at the moment answers are needed. Thank you for all you do!
My family has seen Priscila and Michelle for routine cleanings and they have done fabulous work to keep my families teeth clean and well aware of cavity prevention.
