Extremely impressed with the services and treatment I’ve had at Salem Dental. Every single member of staff is extremely professional, helpful, so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr David is great, so patient and explains everything very thoroughly, and every single member of staff does also. They have been so helpful and efficient dealing with our insurance too. My husband and children have now been too and we are all so impressed with their services and they have all been absolutely amazing with the children, who really enjoyed their visit and can’t wait for their next one!

Had a great experience here. Loved that it was not a huge impersonal place like my last dental office. Been 3x now and always on time. Had cleaning with Amy Smith and she was amazing. Talked to me while she was working telling me what she was doing and why as well as preparing me for what was coming next. Suctioned frequently, which is a big deal to me, so, very happy.
Have seen both Dr. David for exam and Dr. Laura for a filling. Both were really good.

I recently visited your clinic and was disappointed with the lack of information provided. Unlike other clinics I have visited, there was little to no explanation about insurance details or the costs involved in the procedures. It is crucial for patients to have a clear understanding of these aspects to make informed decisions about their healthcare. Improving communication in this area would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.
