Been a patient here for 20 years. During the last year, they cancelled my appointment 3 times noting that once it was because they just wanted to close up earlier. Been waiting for a year for my appointment that keeps getting pushed back so I decided to go to a different clinic. When I called to let them know that I will be switching clinics, they didn’t care. They just said << ok so we are closing your file. Have a great day >>. Excellent customer service 🙂
La clinique m’a appele 3 heures avant mon rendez-vous afin d’annuler ce dernier. Le personnel n’a pas essaye de m’accommoder suite a cette annulation. Consequemment, je dois donc prendre une autre journee de conge pour le dentiste, ce etant une situation peu desirable. A tout le moins, je me serais attendu a une forme de compensation equivalente aux frais exiges lorsqu’un client ne se presente pas a un rendez-vous.
Le personnel est amical et repond bien. Les prix sont competitifs et les nettoyages sont adequat. Cependant, mes rendez-vous ont souvent ete deplaces de plusieurs mois. Encore pire, mes plombages se sont detaches apres moins de deux ans et j’ai du les faire refaire a mes frais (j’ai ete ailleurs).
